What are the provisions of the "Three Guarantees" Law regarding returns and exchanges?

1. Within 7 days from the date of sale, if the product experiences performance failure, consumers have the right to choose return, exchange, or repair. There is no order of priority for repair, exchange, or return. The seller shall provide free return, exchange, or repair according to the consumer's request.

2. Within 15 days from the date of sale, if the product experiences performance failure, consumers can choose to exchange or repair. In case of exchange, the seller shall provide the consumer with a free exchange of products of the same model and specifications, and then pursue compensation from the manufacturer or supplier according to law or handle it according to the purchase and sale contract.

3. Within the warranty period, if the product cannot be used normally after two repairs, with the repair records and certificates provided by the repairer, the seller shall be responsible for providing the consumer with a free exchange of products of the same model and specifications or returning the product according to Article 13 of these regulations, and then pursue compensation from the manufacturer or supplier according to law or handle it according to the purchase and sale contract.

4. Within the warranty period, if the conditions for exchange are met, and the seller has no products of the same model and specifications, and the consumer is unwilling to exchange for products of other models or specifications and requests a return, the seller shall allow the return; if there are products of the same model and specifications, and the consumer is unwilling to exchange and requests a return, the seller shall allow the return, and a depreciation fee shall be charged for used goods according to these regulations.

5. The effective period for the obligations of return, exchange, and repair agreed upon by the operator and the consumer shall not be lower than the requirements of relevant national regulations. The effective period shall be calculated from the date the operator delivers the goods or completes the service to the consumer. For goods that require separate installation by the operator, the effective period shall be calculated from the date of completion of installation. After the operator fulfills the obligation of exchange to the consumer, the effective period for the obligations of exchange and repair shall be recalculated from the date of completion of the exchange. The time taken for the operator to repair shall not be included in the aforementioned effective period.

What are the provisions of the Three Guarantees Law regarding returns and exchanges?

If the product packaging you received is damaged, please open the box and inspect the goods with the courier;

If the product packaging is intact, you can sign for it directly and open the box for inspection when the installation technician arrives on-site;
